Samsung tries to struggle charges on patent design infringement by bringing evidence of Apple’s similar behavior to the court.

The South Korean tech giant revealed a few foreign patent designs and a device that may be considered as a tablet prototype that never had been forced into production. It also considers a real device, old Hewlett-Packard’s TC1000 tablet as a predecessor of Apple’s technology.
