The age of iPad has come. You’ll hardly find a man who doesn’t hear about it or use this device. It’s popular all around the world and according to the declaration made by the Associated Press, iPad is the only tablet that people know in our days. Such statements aren’t necessary as it is obvious that iPad is used nearly by everyone in all spheres of life.
Look around – iPads are everywhere. It is interesting but exactly iPad rather than HP, Samsung or RIM is thought to be the tablet that can satisfy all the needs of media outlets consumption. It’s easy to assume that iPad will be as common name as “Nike”, “Dolce & Gabbana” or simply “folk music”.
All the creations of Apple become popular, well-known and widely used and it doesn’t matter whether we speak about iPod or iPad. The company doesn’t chase for original names for its devices and it’s confirmed by the name of the new model that is just called “the new iPad”. It’s simply and tastefully.
Speaking about new version of iPad it seems that most of us believe that we’ll deal with a smaller tablet, something like mini-iPad, but in this case we should remember iPod and the fact that the brand was extended to Shuffles, Nanos and Minis and Touches. And it’s quite probable that the same fate waits for the new iPad. On the one hand some people want to be original and to have unusual things and on other hand maxi version of the tablet could be found to be nonsensical and bulky. So many men so many minds.
The main thing Apple should do in order to be a leader and to hold the position is to find a way how to satisfy everyone. For example teenagers don’t want to use the same things as their parents, because they used to think that adults understand nothing in modern technology.
If Apple wants iPad to be widely-used it should be suitable for all. The tablet can be compared with shoes – it should be useful but fashionable at the same time.
